6 steps to weight loss success and what to do every week.
There are many different avenues for weight loss success. It all depends on the individual and what works for them. Everyone is different but there are many things that you can start doing today to help you. You will see a list of steps in this blog that will help you. You don’t have to do all of them at once but if you started some them you’ll start to get results.
Drink more water
Drinking water doesn’t just keep you hydrated it can keep you full. Sometimes a hunger graving can just be your body being thirsty. Once you get to know how your body works you will start to realise what is thirst and what is hunger. Drinking 2 litres of water per day can help you stay hydrated as an average person. You might have to drink more or less depending on your stature.
Walk everyday
Walking is a great way to lose weight because it doesn’t get your heart rate to high. It can put you in the position where your body can burn the most fat. This changes as you get older and when you get fitter. It also starts to help your cardiovascular system build itself up so that you can start to do a little more strenuous exercise. Building this up will give you a greater chance of weight loss success.
Eat your vegetables everyday
Your body needs nutrients and the only way you are going to get the best is by eating your vegetable. Veg have high amounts of vitamins in and your body will show you that your hungry when they are needed for certain jobs in the body. The best way to keep hunger at bay is by eating veg with every meal. Otherwise you will start to eat the wrong foods to fill you up and that’s when you start to gain weight.
Cut out the refined carbohydrates
Now this is one that we all know is the hardest one to kick when on the road to weight loss success. The sweet tooth that we have as humans can get the better of us. We grave instant food and that means energy for the body, so we seek out the fastest food tats going to give us energy which is a refined carbohydrate.
What you have to do is have more will power to be able to eat a healthy diet with the right food. This should stop you getting that carb graving that you always get at the middle of the afternoon.
Stimulate the body with anaerobic and aerobic exercise
These are two different ways to stimulate the body. Anaerobic exercise is better known as weight training which will build up muscle on the body giving you a higher metabolic rate. Stimulating your body at least twice a week in this way can give you great results in muscle size and strength.
The other stimulus is aerobic and is better known as cardio training. This sort of training will get your heart rate up higher and burn calories straight away. Were as with the anaerobic training you can continue burning calories hours after training. This being a cardiovascular stimulus it keeps the heart healthy. There are many ways to do this, you can do intervals, HIIT, continuous exercise etc. Some of these are also anaerobic so you can get the best of both.
Get lots of sleep
The last of but probably the most important is sleep. We usually need at least 7 -8 hours of sleep a night. But when training you want to get good quality sleep. You want the body to be able to recover so that you can use it again in an effective way. There is no use with working out with a body that is too sore. The sleep will help your body change. You might experience some sweating during the night when going through the process of gaining muscles or losing weight.
If you are serious about your weight loss success get some good advice. I would suggest hiring a personal trainer to plan your routines. This way you’ll be able t take a stress away and learn from a professional on how to train.
